福建省金皇贸易公司于2011年第四季度需要进口一船木片，具体要求如下：
一.Commodity: 合同标的物:
Soft woodchips for pulping use.
制浆用针叶木片
Consistence: Pinus Radiate Pine
成 分：辐射松
Discharging port:XiaoCuo, FuJian, China.
卸货港：中国福建肖厝港
二. WOODCHIPS SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALITY：木片规格及质量：
4.1.2 The woodchips specifications
Length (Along fiber direction): 4.8mm-45mm 长度（纤维长度）：4.8mm-45mm
Width ：4.8mm-45mm 宽度：4.8mm-45mm
Thickness：2mm-8mm 厚度：2mm-8mm
Oversize：5% max and undersize: 2% max 超规格的: 不超过5% 低于规格的：不超过 2%
Oversize Not more than 5% by weight, exceeding 5% weight deducted 100%
4.8mm-45mm 成立Not less than 92% by weight
Undersize Not in excess of 2% by weight, exceeding 2% weight deducted 100%
Bark/Rot Not in excess of 1% by weight, exceeding 1% weight deducted 100%
Other kind non-soft wood chip to be 100% deducted.
超规格的重量不超过 5% ，在 5% 以上的，超出部分重量应减去 100% .
4.8mm-45mm 重量不小于 92%.
低于规格的重量不超过 2% ，在 2% 以上的，超出部分重量应减去 100%.
树皮和朽木部分重量不超过 1% ，在 1% 以上的，超出部分重量应减去 100%.
若有其他非针叶类的木片 100% 扣除.
三. QUANTITY OF WOODCHIPS: 木片数量:
Bulk vessels 20,000.00 BDMT Soft woodchips for pulp use .Quantity and credit amount tolerance 10% acceptable .
散货运输制浆用针叶木片20,000.00 BDMT ,接受±10% 溢短装.
四. DELIVERY AND LOADING： 交付及装运：
The Seller shall load the chips in all vessels’ special for the chips holds at its expense at the loading port before Nov 30, 2011.
卖方应该在 2011年 11 月 30 日 前用装运木片的专用船装运，运费由卖方承担
